My mother has been a client of Custom Home Care for over a year. We tried two other agencies without success before finding Custom Home Care. We find the caregivers are much better and the management and responsiveness is superior with Custom Home Care. Highly recommended by a satisfied daughter.

We used Custom Home Care Inc from a distance for our aging grandparents that lived in Chicago and our experience was nothing but great. Even though our grandparents were extremely difficult at times to deal with Custom Home Care always took the best possible care of them. They kept us informed even though we live 1000 miles away, and we felt like they always had great great care. They were very compassionate and easy with them, helping them with whatever they needed. Even our grandparents complemented Custom Home Care on what a great service they got, and how helpful the people were with them no matter who the caregiver was. Some of course were better then others. They went far above and beyond their normal job duties and this was obvious even when we came to visit, we saw for ourselves. Great company!
