The floors are not mopped. They remain dirty. When our loved one arrived, there were old shoes under his bed. Our loved one got really sick and depressed here. He had a stroke at this facility. They didn't even know. Staff is transient, so no one ever gets to know the patients. There seem to be more people off the street receiving care here who are not even 60 years old. The staff smokes in this facility. I would never send anyone back here.
