I am a current client of Gareda. I have been with them for almost a year. The company is a joke. They don't have enough employees to handle their call volume. If you need to talk with a staffing coordinator to solve a problem you can forget it or wait on the phone line for a hour and maybe you may get someone. The other problem is my housekeeper has never clean my house, wash dishes or help me with personal care. Then she has the audacity to complain that my house is unclean and I smell. When she comes to my house she does nothing but talk. She does do the grocery shopping and that's all. But I blame myself I should have gotten rid of her but I suffer with major depression along with several health challenges. I just let the situation get out of hand, until a friend came to visit me and encourage me to let the home care aide go because she was not serving my needs. I am in the process of changing from Gareda to another agency.

We have GAREDA Home Care Services for a year now. The scheduling is very good. They’re prompt to alert us on homecare makers and finding a replacement. Providing a homemaker is timely. The homemakers are punctual and they do a very good job with whatever needs the seniors require. I think they need to be more consistent with attendance.

I was referred to Gareda Home Health. A caregiver came to my aunt's house everyday. She took care of all her needs like clothes, bathing, meals and gave her some exercise. She really cared about her.
