Once we receive a request for service, we schedule a comprehensive assessment and develop a customized Plan of Care, which details all the services you will receive. Our services include but are not limited to: Personal Care Companion Care Alzheimer’s / Dementia Care Respite Care Dressing, hygiene & grooming, shower/bath Light housekeeping and laundry. Meal preparation. Medication reminders. Grocery shopping & errands. Transportation to doctor appointment, church or social visit. Hospital Accompaniment Our Caregivers are our assets: We employ caregivers who demonstrate professionalism, honesty, integrity, patience, and the ability to adapt to a wide range of personalities and environments and above all --- a caring heart. Our caregivers are carefully screened through personal interviews, fingerprinting criminal background checks as per the guidelines of IL Dept. of Public Health, employment verifications and reference checks.
