Terminated home health services abruptly without notification for my mother who is completely bed bound multiple stroke survivor. The nurse, OT and PT didn't even know that the office terminated services, they texted me several days after to schedule appointments for her. When I called to find out why they terminated services, they said due to staff shortages. My mother ended up in the ER a few days later. The hospital then called them to renew services and they totally lied and told them that we were rejecting their services! Put my mother's life and health in complete jeopardy. Totally unprofessional people!!

Caregivers don’t seem happy and care is terrible because of it. Scheduling was not a pleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and request any other company for In home care.

Family Home Health Services has better caregivers than the other agency we're using and they seem to do a decent job taking care of my father. They offer basically homemaker services. They make sure they prepare the meals, wash the laundry, do housework, and help him with dressing. The only issue I have with them is they're against anybody putting medicated lotion on his legs. The lady from the agency is going to come out tomorrow and talk about it. They seem like they have stricter rules with their employees. The caregivers are more professional. They do a good job.
