I needed PT on my leg that I broke and help with blood clots and an illiostomy bag. The agency is great and very caring. I could not have asked for better people. They do come close to the time they say they will arrive. I have had many problems with the illiostomy but they have always been there for me even on weekends. I would like an extra shout out to Summer, Brian and Kerry for their care.Thank You Ultra Home Care.....

I used this agency in the past and I was not satisfied with the service. The staff never had a set time in which they visited the patient and I never seen much work done from them when they visited. The only employees who provided services were the nurse tech and speech therapist. The other ones came and went in a matter of minutes. No supplies or other resources were ever offered other than the initial hospital bed and lift. The nurse was uninformed on medications and couldn't answer any questions.
