I liked the people that come in to check on your meds, and they come when you're available. I like their timely service.

My caregiver is great. She is a good driver and great to get along with. She arrives early to her shift. I do not have any problems with the agency. I am satisfied with them and I like my caregiver.

They do try to keep me informed on a daily basis. They try to keep in touch.

For me, it was wonderful, but for my mother it made her nervous and caused her anxiety. They were very understanding about the situation and what we needed.

It was helpful to have interaction with someone. I work from home and can't be with her all day long. Their staff is all very friendly and I felt like my mom was in good hands.
