So far they stay on top of things and are aware of any personnel issues, and the young ladies that we've had we have no complaints about. Sometimes they get complacent but that's common when you work in the same place every day. Sometimes the other agencies put their duties off on Visiting Angels. They are a professional firm. They even insure their caregivers.
