It has been our privilege to have served Georgians for over 3 Decades, providing Quality Care by: Personal Case Assistants (CNA's) Licensed Nurses (RN or LPN Skilled Care) Non Medical Caregiver Services: Companion/Sitters Home Managers Mother's Helpers Well Baby Sitters COMPANION/SITTERS (CPS) "“ Focus is on Companionship, Socialization and Escort Services for essential services and appointments. The Companion or Sitter (CPS) works in the home providing the following services to elderly, handicapped, or forgetful individuals: meal preparation and serving, household tasks essential to cleanliness and safety, and may also provide transport and escort services. CPS"˜s work either by the hour, or by the Live-In Day (24 hour period) in private residences only. BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY HANDS ON CARE, they should not work in a facility, other than with some clients in retirement living centers. HOME MANAGERS The Home Manager (HM), sometimes called Home Maker, concentrates more on the maintaining of a Safe Home Environment. Their duties can include cooking, cleaning, running errands, shopping, assistance with paying bills, light housekeeping and does not focus all of their attention on the clients personal care needs, BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY HANDS ON CARE. They don't work in facilities. MOTHERS HELPERS A Mothers Helper (MH) is assigned when a mother needs assistance after giving birth. The Mothers Helper assist the mother with her and/or the child's care and is directed by the mothers wishes. WELL BABY SITTERS Well Baby Sitters (BS) are available in some circumstances as needed. (Minimum is 6 Hours)
