I have hospice care from Gentiva Hospice. I've been using them for about a month now. They're very efficient, very prompt, and very caring. They help me with my medications and with my diet. Scheduling is good. They're quite flexible.

We used Gentiva Hospice for my father. The caregivers were top-of-the-line. They were wonderful. We received no bills because it was covered under Medicaid or Medicare. Scheduling was fine. No problem. They bathed my father once or twice and he also had pain management. They were great. The nurses were very informative and caring. It was just quality care.

I put my dad in Kindred Hospice because he wanted to stay home. So far, so good. They offer a nurse that comes over once a week and it could go up to three to four times a week depending on the need. They also offer a doctor if he needs to come and visit my dad. They also offer in-home care where they'll come over at least twice a week or even more to help me give him a shower if need be, or they'll just sit with him. If I need to go to the store or something like that, they'll have someone come and sit with him. They also brought in a hospital bed, a bedside table, a wheelchair, diapers, and BOOST formula. They do a lot. It's a hospice program that specializes in keeping your loved ones in their own home.
