Nurse Diane was outstanding in her care and dedication, and assisted in ways hard to enumerate. However, the assigned male social worker was a lot of talk and after the first month or so little action. And even though we made it clear from the start we had limited resources he never delivered the promised "community support" or gave us contact numbers for them, everything he did he managed to keep himself in the loop ($). Our case was "complicated" (which they say they specialize in) but costs soon tripled over initial estimates and when we had issues they got defensive about how "complicated" our case was. Take cost estimates with a grain of salt and steer clear of the guy social worker when possible. On the other hand, if you can get Diane, she will do a great job of sorting out meds, various doctors, medical records, etc. It is well worth the money to have her take your senior to doctor's visits so that there is continuity and complete history given to the doctor. Although I recommend her personally, I cannot recommend this company overall.
