I hired somebody from Sandcastle for my mother. They make sure she takes her medications, that she's up and eats, they make the bed, do the dishes, and other duties during the day.

The Jacksonville office is very negligent when it comes to answering, returning calls and leaving people on hold for an unreasonably long time. Lack of communication and poor customer service makes the company look bad.

Used Sandcastle to provide 24 hour assistance to my elderly mother in caring for my 95 year old father after he was discharged from the hospital. Used them briefly because he soon transitioned to hospice care and we wanted to be with him 24/7 at that time. During the time that Sandcastle was involved, he received kind and dignified care from the majority of workers. Coverage was with 2 twelve hour shifts and he was never left unattended. The continuity of the same providers was especially comforting. One, however, was ill-natured, short tempered, and disrespectful to both my dad and my mother. I recognize that no matter how hard you try to screen employees, it is extremely difficult to know how they will behave in all situations. Sometimes it is simply a bad fit, sometimes it is a truly bad apple. We notified the coordinator of our experience and the agency promptly dealt with it in a professional and appropriate manner. I thank them and give them credit for it. Would use them again and strongly recommend them for anyone else.

couldn't be more pleased with Sandcastle's service! was really struggling with what to do about parents but yolanda and alex were a tremendous help. highly recommend to anyone needing help for their parents!

Sandcastle Homecare is satisfactory, so far. We couldn’t understand the caregiver since she had an accent, which was OK. The second one has been here three times now. The supervisor is very nice, very accommodating, and very cooperative. Whenever I need them, I notify them 48 hours ahead of time, and they’re here. The only time I use them is to give me a break if I go to a garden club meeting or if I go to lecture the girls.

they're altogether fantastic. took us a little while to get acclimated to nancy but our family now considers her a dear friend and the office staff has been very helpful in working around our crazy schedule. highly recommend!

we only used their services for a short period of time, but I would like the staff and those who may consider using sandcastle to know that the service from start to finish was phenomenal. The whole company from the owner to the aides are compassionate and take pride in what they do. Thank you for such a comforting experience

My grandmother is the most important person to me in the world. I looked and interviewed so many agencies, Sandcastle stood out because they are real. I can take care of my grandmother and still keep my job and relationships in tacked. Our girl is a now a trusted part of our extended family. My grandmother looks forward to seeing her, and I feel at piece know she is well taken care of. I can always count on the staff at Sandcastle to support us as a family.
