I have MS. I am extremely disappointed with my services. They do not return calls. If you need a Medical Social worker which they have on staff, don't waste your time going through the trouble of getting a referral from you Dr. Heartfelt only has one medical social worker and she only works part-time. I met with her once and she promised several items she would be able to get and almost a month later I have yet to hear from her. I called the Supervisor who assured me she would have the SW return my call, that was 3 days ago and yet no call. I went through a lot of trouble getting referrals from my doctor as requested by the agency one for the home health nurse and then advised I would need another referral for the medical social worker on staff (part-time) I am very disappointed as I am Wheelchair bound and the assistance I was in need of that the Medical Social Worker said she could assist with just never happened attempts to call always went unanswered even after contacting the supervisor
