It is very helpful! They do a lot of things for my grandmother, such as making sure her apartment stays clean, and providing her with a ride to appointments. The adult day-care has been amazing for her mental health, too. She is now able to socialize! I would recommend them more if they could provide more assistance and follow up a little bit more, to make sure that things are getting done. I wish they could provide more Uber ride availabilities, or other transportation to medical appointments. Two rides a month isn't really helpful enough.

There seems to be a lack of communication between my mom and the aides. I am not happy with them. My mom was injured and she is having treatment so we have nursing part of the services and we have the aides too. They need to have better communication between the aides and the family. The aides could maybe have more training as far as getting along with the patient a little bit more.

My mother is 99 years old, and it is extremely hard for her to move, therefore having the aides is crucial for her physical health and the aides' companionship is wonderful to have. They are reliable, and they have found relatively good aides for my mother, including substitutions.
