We hired Prestige Healthcare Resources and everything is working out fine. The caregiver shows up every day and helps us for eight hours. They assist mom with bathing, dressing, preparing meals, and they take her on short walks. I would recommend this agency because the caregiver we have is polite and respectful. Plus she knows what she's doing, and she's clean, and doesn't leave messes around.

Prestige Healthcare provided an excellent service and we've been using them steadily for the last 3 and a half years. The aides are very good. They showed us superior work ethic. They do laundry, help my mom get ready for bed, and other light housekeeping. They come in 4 hours a day, 3 days a week. When my dad was sick and we had to put him in a hospital because he fell. At the time when they wanted to send him home and we knew we couldn't manage him at home so I called John and told him what's going on. He came over and talked to us. He said to let him know when my dad will be home and he will have somebody there and that's exactly what happened.

They were fine. I did not have any trouble with them. I only had them for a few hours because my mom already passed away the day that they sent someone. Even though it was just a short experience with them but I know that the caregiver they provided was very good.

Prestige Healthcare was highly recommended to us by the Washington Hospital Medical house call program. They were family oriented as we observed during the initial interview and that was something we haven't seen before. The caregiver that they paired up with my mother in-law has worked out really well. She does everything for my mother in-law. She's extremely knowledgeable. I am very happy with her care for my mother in-law.
