We used Philia Home Care for Dad. We were very pleased with the services that were provided. They were able to provide daily care for my dad like getting bathed, getting dressed, as well as providing assistance with breakfast and cleaning up in the morning. The caregiver that they provided was very good, very cordial and worked with my dad as well as with my mother. They did a very good job. The thing that I was most impressed with was that they were able to provide the care that they said they were able to do.

Our overall experience with Philia Home Care was good. We didn't have any issues and everything was fine overall. They provided ADLs for my mom, bathing, feeding, and helping with stuff around the house. They caregivers were good, but there were a couple of them who weren’t as attentive as I've liked.

We're using Philia Home Care for my husband. They provide the basic home healthcare, get him up, bathe and dress him, and give him breakfast, but they haven't done much in terms of communicating with him. My other instructions were basically to make sure that his room is kept clean, his bed changed, and his bathroom and the kitchen where they prepare his breakfast and lunch kept clean and sanitized. They're very responsive and very active in terms of trying to find the right healthcare. The first lady who came was wonderful, and the company itself is very good.

We're using Philia Home Care. They're exceptionally wonderful people, very conscientious, and punctual. They have been delivering everything I asked for. They're very professional, they help me with 24-hour care for my friend, they make sure she doesn't fall down, they take her to the restroom, they help her be comfortable, and help her with eating. They're accommodating with regards to scheduling.

We have found Philia. I think they have been very communicative and helpful in terms of my family's scheduling needs. They have been very upfront, and their billing process is very convenient. It is all online. The bills would come exactly when I expect them, so it all has been very easy. All of the caregivers that I have seen and have interacted with my mom have been lovely. They engaged with her. They're encouraging her to get up and move around and to do the exercises to help her continue recovery from her stroke. They have uniformly been very good. I like their flexibility for scheduling.
