Founded by brothers Chris and Tom Weldon, alongside their close friend Andrew Schwartz, a seasoned home care executive, Endurance was started with a shared vision to create a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families. Chris and Tom recognized the critical need for high-quality home care while caring for their grandmother with dementia.
