Great services for homecare for my Grandmother, they help her keep her house neat and made sure she does her daily excercise. It gives us peace of mind to know that she is safe at home with someone while we are at work, to keep her from falling. She likes some of the caregivers better than others, so the agency trys to get her favorite caregivers to work the most shifts.

The caregiver from Visiting Angels presented herself as not being clean, as if she didn’t wash her hair in a week. I didn’t care for her. I want my bathroom sanitized every day and she didn’t do that.

I decided to continue to do the assisted living at home. Since then my husband has been in and out of the hospital and rehab. I've decided it will really work out best if he stayed at home. The provider is called Visiting Angels. I know that they are a national company which is franchised in different locations. I am having one caregiver during the day, a different caregiver two nights a week and every week so often, and another caregiver for a few hours on the weekend. They were doing the daily living like dressing, shower assistance, and going out for doctor's appointment. Prior to them, I was working with a different agency. So with my experience with two different agencies, I have to give Visiting Angels high marks. They have good follow through, and I find the caliber of their caregivers to be fairly consistent, which is what I expect from an office of home care agency. They should have good people that they can call on and communicate if there are concerns. I have been satisfied with them.
