I have a home hospice team from Evercare that consists of a registered nurse who assists with medications, a social worker that helps with any social problem I may have, a chaplain for spiritual help, and a doctor that I have access to talk about my wife's condition. I've had them before my wife went into memory care and I'd probably be with them until my wife's passing.

A friend of mine is a volunteer and she is always talking about what a wonderful place this is and what good care all of the patients get. The family also gets a lot of support.
