I've dealt with other agencies that were poor with customer service and I think 1Heart's greatest asset is their customer service. I like that it was very easy to change staffing, there were hiccups but they were addressed quickly. It was the standard in the community as far as the rates, it helped me with our needs.

We provide all NON-Medical care like assisting in Activities of Daily Living. We Provide the following services: 1Heart Round- The- Clock-Care- this is a 24 hour care for clients who need more help for 24 hours. Clients who had surgery, just got out of the hospital, dementia and Alzheimer. And also high fall risk clients. 1Heart Custom Care- Minimum of 4 hours and up. Depending on the needs of the client. 1Heart Care Express- inclusive of 4 hours of service and 12 miles. We provide driving caregivers to clients who need to go to doctors appointments, run errands, attend family events.
