We were using Nova Home Health for my mom. A nurse came in and took her vitals, inquired about her health, and was in communication with her primary. They came once a week, but right now my mom is in the hospital. The nurse communicated well with my mom. She communicated with me as well via text if needed, and gave me status on the visit. It's a great service. She was on time. We will be using this agency once my mom is discharged.
