We provide live-in-accommodation with 24/7 - around-the-clock regular care to seniors and individuals with disabilities who may need assistance with completing daily tasks. We also are offer Hospice Services. The person-centered care services we provide, create a personal home-style living environment that is tailored to suit each residents' specific needs. We cater to the needs of adults whose limitations prevent them from living alone, and who may need help with grooming and other physical activities. The Cosset Home offers rooms with a more home-style family setting, that are furnished charmingly, with tranquility and comfort in mind. Our shared rooms accommodate two persons, equipped with two modern style electric hospital beds, two height-adjustable TV's for each resident's use, with TV headphones available for each resident's private TV moments. Our shared rooms provide the privacy and comfort similar to that which our private rooms provide. It is surely a home away from home experience here at The Cosset Home! Our rooms are also equipped with bedside pager call buttons that allow residents to call for assistance at the touch of a button. Bedside table lamps are modern 3-way touch dimmable lamps with charging ports attached. Meals are nutritionally balanced, freshly cooked and served three times daily, while snacks are offered between meal times. There are 24hr video monitoring devices within and outside the facility to keep our residents safe and secure at all times. Our team of caregivers are state-licensed care professionals who undergo screening and ongoing caregiver training to accommodate an extensive set of in-home care needs. We ensure that our aides are carefully vetted and meet our strict selection criteria. Only the most qualified caregivers are hired and assigned to care for our residents at any level of care. Our caregivers are compassionate and nurturing individuals who possess a strong desire to help others. They are 100% dedicated to our residents and are always willing to provide support and companionship that meet our residents' expectations, while also respecting the privacy, dignity and independence of our clients.
