What we've done for now is we've hired in help. It's called Help Unlimited and you can have as little or as much as you want so they come in and help with that. They can come in and prepare a meal. They can help get mom dressed and when they're gone, somebody comes back later and prepares a second meal and then she's mostly in bed the rest of the time. I like their flexibility.
