We are using J&M Homecare Services, LLC for my dad. We hired someone that is caring at night, so it's working out well. We're happy. The thing, though, is the agency. There have been things that they contacted us about that are relevant to the employee, and they didn't inform the employee, or we got a delayed response as far as having someone come. There was an incident, and we weren't sure if the employee was going to return (although the employee said he would), we didn't really hear from the agency, and then we made a call a couple of times to find out, and then they informed us that he was returning. There was a little bit of a delayed communication, but as far as the employee, he is working out fabulously. The employee has been very engaged with my dad. The employee's schedule is 10 to 6, so he'll get up with my dad. He will walk him around to keep him busy so that he's not distracted. He has also helped my mom get him to bed. He's just been courteous. He's done some things that nobody asked of him, but he's done it on his own. For the employee, we're getting the value that we're paying.
