Health Care Connection is locally owned and operated by Nancy M. who has over 20 years of service to the Marin County. This agency is #1 in my book and provides the BEST care related to in-home medical support. As a former Director of Social Services at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Marin County I really counted on this agency and they NEVER failed me. The patients and their families LOVED this agency and only had great things to say about the care provided by Health Care Connection. There rates are very affordable and they have 24-hour staffing 7 days a week. They provide individual tailored health care plans that promote individual independence. The goal is simply - "to improve the level of wellness and quality of life for all clients, and act as a local resource for families in and out of the area". I highly recommend Health Care Connection and give my wholehearted endorsement to this agency.
