My wife is being taken care of by Gentiva. They’re close to our home, and the nurses that they send are in our city, which helps a lot, and very qualified. They do all they need to do including taking vitals, clean up, medicine set up, and lab work; basically everything she normally gets if she were in the hospital. They’re doing just what we need. They get along very well with me, keep me informed, and take care of any lab work that has to be done when my wife is not in the hospital. I don’t think I can ask for anything more. We’ve spoken to other healthcare agencies, and we’ve had some experiences with other agencies, but this is the best.

We have been using Gentiva Home Healthcare off and on for about three years now. We used them for my husband and one time for me when I had a very bad fall. They came and took care of me. My doctor's office chose them for us. We said we needed home health care and they sent Gentiva Home Healthcare. What we had was a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, a nurse and a home health aide. All of these people were very knowledgeable in their profession. They were very caring and attentive. They really create a program around their patients/clients. They were also upbeat and happy which I think patients need to see - smiles and laughter. I can't say enough good about them. I would recommend them to others.
