I reached out to 1+1 Cares to set up in home care for my dad when he came from the skilled nursing/rehab facility after his stroke. I worked with Shiela as my primary care contact, who set me up with the in home caregivers. Shiela was very responsive to my needs and I was very pleased with all of the caregivers that helped my dad. They were always on time and very professional. I appreciated them all. I would highly recommend 1+1 Cares.

This review is based on the fact that my wife had a terminal disease and I needed someone to help me care for her. One plus One was referred to me through Hospice. Lady M. became my contact source in finding and filling my needs for a caregiver. She was a very kind and caring person, who always made every attempt to provide any and all assistance. Lady M. was attentive and bent over backwards to help any way she could. If she wasn't available, then others filled in to help. I was fortunate that Lady M. matched me up with a caregiver, who made every effort to comfort my wife, to the very end. I highly recommend One Plus One, if they are in need of care for themselves or a loved one. Their prices were also very competitive.

My experience with 1plus1Cares has been very helpful and comforting, from my first interactions with the staff, their explanations of their "Premium" delivery model, through the assigning of excellent care workers, to my transition to "Basic" service. The staff is always responsive and ready to answer questions. Their application still has some bugs to be worked out, but the personal touches more than offset the small downsides of the app. Most importantly, the Care Workers are on time, good communicators, and very attentive to my mother's needs.

We used 1 plus 1 Cares when my father was discharged from the ICU after a severe illness secondary to his chemotherapy treatment. Nestor was the caregiver who was my dad's caregiver for several months. He was kind, knowledgeable and assisted with all personal care and also assisted with Physical Therapy for my dad. My dad was unable to turn over in bed unassisted when he came home, and was ambulating with a walker about 3 months later, when we no longer needed caregiving. Nestor gently pushed my dad to become stronger while also providing compassionate care. All the staff I was in contact with during my dad's convelesence were compassionate and understanding of our needs. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Everyone at 1Plus 1 Cares has been very helpful at all times. Arranging schedules and fees. The caregivers have all been able and willing to do what is needed. They have kept in touch and always return a call right away. The caregivers are on time and if there is an emergency they contact you if someone will be late.When there was a conflict of caregiver, they quickly corrected it. The caregivers were very thoughtful and compassionate. I would recommend them .

1+1 was great! I needed a caregiver for my mom during the day while I was at work just to help smooth the transition after her surgery. They were super helpful and were able to find the perfect caregiver. Always pleasant and responsive whenever I needed to speak to someone in the office. Any time I had a question about billing or anything they got back to me right away. Would highly recommend.

When I called the agency, I was able to talk to someone immediately about the service I needed provided. The verbal communication was very clear and they asked me questions about my brother and his needs.For the past 6 months we hired a caregiver, for my brother, who had had a stroke. After talking with the agency about the needs of my brother, on very short notice, they provided us with a very competent, caring caretaker. If I have to call the agency they always are available and I feel very supported by them. Our caretaker always arrives on time and very professional and compassionate. The caretaker has my phone number and can text me if something is needed. I just live down the street from where my brother is staying and I can pop in at anytime. His caregiver works well with the Nurses that care for my brother. One of the home Nurses mentioned to me how great the caregiver is and he helps my brother with his pills. Our caregiver is like a member of the family. If I have any questions I call the agency and can always talk with someone. Very few times that I had to leave a message, they always call me right back. We have never had any problems with the billing, always correct.

I got 1 plus Senior Care. They're prompt and professional. The cost was high, but they were recommended to me by Kaiser. They basically provided housekeeping and management. The price was reasonable.

One Plus One was very nice, met us immediately, and got set up with us in three days. The woman was nice and caring to my dad, and she was there with me when he died. The price was good for a minimum of four hours. Time management was great.
