Visiting Angels - Reseda Reseda, CA

We've been using Visiting Angels - Reseda for my father for several weeks. It has been excellent. They asked what we wanted, and what we were looking for in terms of days and hours. And they did their best to fill exactly what we requested. They couldn't give us exactly what we requested, but we were able to compromise and work out a plan that allowed my father to get out of his home to go and do things that he had done previously when he was driving. We scheduled a day for the caregiver to start where we could meet her, which was very nice. We spent a couple of hours with her just going over expectations, confirming that what I discussed with the Visiting Angels had been relayed to her. I gave her an opportunity to meet my dad and feel comfortable with her. So overall, so far it's been really good. The caregiver has offered to take him out of the house a few times and he's declined, but she works with him and he seems to like her so far. So it's been really good.
