The hospital has setup us up with somebody when she was discharged. We have never used one before -- it’s just what they provided for us -- and we are very happy. The lady from VNA of the Central Valley basically coming out and monitoring her vitals and looking at her wound site from surgery and just making sure that she is doing her exercises and medications. Just to make sure that she is able to be mobile and she can return to her own home. My mom is very mobile; she doesn’t need help with other things at this point. She is the only one that standouts, and she is my mom’s case manager and unless there is another patient that needs her priority, then she will be the one that sees for the next couple of weeks or how long she needs her. I think she is very positive and straightforward. With everything about her, we have been very pleased.
