Caring Companions was extremely helpful. I called them, and they sent somebody out immediately. They're able to cover us with three ladies going 24 hours, 7 days a week. We told them what we wanted and they were able to give us that. I think they were completely marvelous, and I would certainly use them again if the occasion comes about, and I would highly recommend them.

Caring Companions provided around the clock care for my Mom while she was in hospice at home. From the beginning to the end, there was no service great or small that the caregivers did not perform with excellence. Because of their comfort and care, my Mom spent her last days without the pain that had been plaguing her for months - and because of the caregiver's experience, we were able to get the rest we needed to survive the situation ourselves. I cannot say enough good things about this service.

Local, very caring and considerate, always pick up the phone, are courteous, punctual, and flexible. At first I was not sure how many hours I would need them, what the minimum hours per week were, what to look for in screenings, background checks, etc, the ladies at Caring Companoins took their time to carefully explain the entire process and specifics, and put my mind at ease. No automated responses, only individual, thoughtful responses and suggestions. off to a good start with caring Companions.

We have somebody from Caring Companions and that gal has only been out here for one weekend but she was able to do things that are needed with my wife. For example, there is a lifting involved, she's able to do that and she's pleasant. She can do what she's been paid to do without any problem. She knows what the job entails and she's very thorough and careful in doing it.

Caring Companions is very quick to comply with any of my needs or questions. The caregivers I have are all excellent. I'm surely happy with all of them. I'm very satisfied with their care. I would definitely recommend them.

We're very satisfied with Caring Companions. We're very pleased with the caregivers that we have. They're always very cheerful and very friendly. They're very helpful with my uncle. My uncle really likes them.

They were referred to us during the period of time when my father-in-law was in a hospice care. The hospice coordinator had worked with the agency and referred us to them. We called a couple of different ones and checked some references and Caring Companions was the one we felt comfortable with. They were very conscientious. We had very few instances where we had problems with the actual companions. When we did, more often than not, they were already aware of the situation and working on resolving it before we even got involved. We think they're very reliable. The provided very compassionate caregivers to my father-in-law.

Their management changed ownership at one point but they were responsive. There was a couple of incidents that I got after them for. They took care of it and said it won't happen again. We had a couple of people over for my mother and the lady who first came out was one we felt very comfortable with. She was very good and took care of my mom for many years. She was the main one that did a very good job. Overall, most of the people that they sent were very good.

I was very happy of the caregiver they sent. They sent me an angel. His name is Eddie. He was the best. He's a wonderful guy and I would certainly recommend him to anybody. I was very grateful that of all the people, they sent Eddie to us. He not only took care of my husband but helped me with my physical health. There are no words enough to say as to how great this young man is. I have no problem with Caring Companions. They always treat us with respect.

My relationship with Alo Homecare is based on their ongoing commitment to deliver quality care, their respect for clients' rights and their dedication to provide oversight so that nothing is left to chance. As a professional fiduciary, I contract with Alo Homecare to provide 24/7 care and day care for my clients living in Riverside County. The company maintains strong relationships with caregivers who are well-trained, are willing and able to be flexible with their hours to accommodate clients' special needs and who demonstrate a passion for caregiving. In one case, a client needed a Spanish-speaking caregiver. Within hours, Ms. Hosick had two individuals ready to be interviewed. This is one example demonstrating the company's commitment to creating a team approach to delivering home care. My clients and their families have expressed their sincere satisfaction with the care received and as a result, strong working relationships with management developed. On a personal note, irrespective of the fact that I live a considerable distance from Alo Homecare, my confidence in their caregivers and the company's ability to manage the process was such, that the decision to look to Alo Homecare when I needed live-in assistance following back surgery was an easy one. I knew that I could depend on them to deliver quality caregivers with the confidence that the company did their due diligence in vetting their team of caregivers. The process was very transparent in that I had the opportunity to interview candidates prior to my surgery. I was confident that in the unlikely event I had a concern, it would be addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
