My husband's aunt has Bless Home Care since August. We've had great luck with them. They've been very responsive, and the caregivers are keeping her happy and healthy. They've been able to get her weight back up, which was a big concern for us. They are working directly with her long-term care insurance provider. Their services are being covered by her plan, so it's working out very well, and she gets to stay home, which makes her very happy. They are in the home from 8am-5pm daily, Monday through Sunday. They make her three meals a day. They make sure that she makes and keeps any doctor's appointments or other appointments that she has and provide general companionship. They were referred to us initially by the hospital when she was diagnosed with Covid back in August, and because she responded well to the two caregivers that were provided, we were able to continue their service. We felt that, that was the best option.
