My family and I have had a great experience with the Nu Care Team. The company let my brother and I meet care aide's prior to scheduling them, and this made all the difference to my family. They wanted to make sure that we were happy with the person they were sending and they did a great job. The care aide genuinely cares about my mom and is providing exceptional care. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Nu Care is an amazing company! They have provided wonderful caregivers for my parents over the last year. The caregivers do everything from light housekeeping to personal care. I would recommend this agency to all families!

The only issue I see is that they seem to hire people who are far from where they have to work, so they tend to have car problems and that makes it so they're late more often. We have a wonderful caregiver, and I wouldn't want to replace her for anybody. They need to pay their caregivers more or give them a gas allowance. The caregiver has total control and care for my mother the hours she's here. I can walk away and know she's receiving the best of care, emotionally and physically.
