I would say the speed at which they could find someone was incredibly long. I know it was the holidays, but it took over 10 days to find someone to do one shift. We didn't ever receive more than one day of full coverage for 24 hours. I also had serious concerns about the quality of the people that came. Only a couple were good, and the other few weren't good at all.

They are generally very responsive, and all of their personnel have met my dad's needs. They hire quality people and meet with him to figure out what his needs are.

The first three people that came out were very good, and the last one was very good until she was very bad. I think that they should have people sent out with people on their first assignments. I also had a feeling that they were more like a franchise rather than a company.

The care makes 100% of a difference in my life. They care for our needs. They have a list of things that they will do. I have never seen a caregiver who didn't see beyond what we have listed. They offer care above and beyond. We are receiving such kind, loving, and Christian care. We feel like we are in the arms of God because of the kindness of the caretakers.

I think they have helped me without having to worry about my mom while they are there. They are just so easy to work with, and every time I have a question they are able to answer.

I think they have good follow up. They have a binder with the duties listed. I would like them to have more people available to cover the shift. We needed help on the weekends and they could not get us any.
