I was a client of GSR Hospice, Inc. They were here for my mom's showering and medication. They helped me with the bed for her because her bed was really hard. We switched up that, so we got her a little more comfortable. They would come pretty much when I asked every time I called. So, they were really good. They were always very bubbly. For me, it was a little of a struggle because I'm feeling anxious and they're all, "I'm happy," but it was good. In terms of communication, I'd say that would get more like an A-minus, because there was one time where I couldn't get anybody on the line when it says it's a 24-hour. I couldn't find anyone to ask any questions of. I guess that does happen. Sometimes people will miss the phone or not set it up right or something. The company was really good. I mean, they even got somebody who could do my mom's nails, which was remarkable to me. Her toenails, not as much as she didn't need her fingers done, but her toenails, because she had infections and stuff. Their staff made her feet look beautiful. They were so cute afterwards; it was really great.
