Both caregivers provide excellent service, They are very attentive to my Moms needs and stay busy around the house. The agency is always available and flexible if we need to adjust the schedule.

Very much appreciate the quality of care, the professionalism. The follow ups done are so satisfying. The office always makes sure that everything we need is well taken cared of. They have a system in place with the highest moral and ethical standards, The caregiver Priscilla doesnt need to be told and reminded what to do. She always made sure that everything in the house in pristine condition. Its a pleasure working with Gentiva!

Caregiver is great and goes way beyond what is expected for basic care. Very caring and nice to my 90+ mother and keeps her always clean and healthy. A wonderful and caring person so glad to have around. Thank Lilli!!!

Gentiva has provided me with personal and home care services for almost a month now. The service has been great so far. The staff has been very kind, caring and flexible. They really work hard to meet your needs and are flexible to accommodate your desired schedule. I feel very comfortable and pleased with the service this far. Iwould recommend Gentiva to anyone looking for personal and or home care services.

I'm very happy with Gentiva Personal Care. I'm very happy with their professionalism and the care that the caregivers are giving to my in-laws. It's been about six months now. They're excellent with communication. My mother-in-law has severe dementia, and my father-in-law has moderate dementia, so they're providing personal services and personal care. They help to bathe, wash, and clean my mother-in-law. They're making meals. They're there to help my mother-in-law walk around and make sure she doesn't fall. They cook meals for them, and they're also doing laundry for them. The care has been excellent. We have no issues whatsoever. The thing that impressed us the most is communication from the company, which we were lacking from our last company.

I only used Gentiva Personal Care for a few visits. My father maybe had two weeks, and during that time, there were two different caregivers. And then he had a stroke and he ended up in assisted living, and he had since passed away. Fred, the director, was very nice. He came out, and we had a woman named Bella come. She was very nice, but she only came a couple of times, and then my dad had a stroke. Bella basically did light housekeeping, she took my father to the grocery store, and she was here in the house to help him if he needed anything. I think the value for money was appropriate. The communication was fine, too.

Gentiva supported me talking care of my grandmother for over a week now. We got to experience two different female care givers who were both very kind, competent and reliable. We started out with 24h support by having both care givers at the house for 12 hours at the time. As my grandmother slowly got better we managed to decrease the hours to one care giver per day. The care givers always arrived on time and communicated with me over text while I was not at home, which I really appreciated. For the next weeks the care givers will accompany my grandmother becoming more independent to take care of herself again. Scheduling the care givers via the manager was very uncomplicated and spontaneous changes from our side were not an issue. Overall we can highly recommend Gentiva care giving for everybody who can use some support taking care of their loved ones.

I had Gentiva Personal Care San Diego for my uncle. I had experience with five different caregivers, three of them were females, and they were all excellent. I'm so happy with them. Then my uncle had a nurse that came that helped me a lot. His first name was Edwin, and he was the best, like stellar. He really was supportive and helpful. I was there with my uncle alone and the other girls were helping me all week. Of course, they need their time off, and then out of the blue, I was sent a male caregiver to be overnight, and I didn't care for that. I wish they would have asked me, 'Would you prefer a female or male for overnight? Being that I didn't know that person, I hadn't had an experience with him, so it was hard for me to rest that evening, and I just felt uncomfortable. However, the females that were there for the majority of my uncle's care were awesome.

Fred & France came to my apt almost a week & half ago to see my place & meet me. We had a nice conversation & I felt very comfortable in starting a relationship them & assigning me someone to help me. I currently have a broken leg. Christina has come over 4 times now & made my life feel better. She has cleaned well, did my laundry, made me food, brought me items from the store & helped me with a few rides/errands. I’m very pleased in their service & I have my dignity still. Thank you!
