A few things that matter when you're trusting someone in your parent's home: every caregiver is a W-2 employee (not a 1099 contractor), fully bonded and insured, background-checked with Arizona fingerprint clearance, and covered by workers' compensation. We match you once, and that's who shows up—no rotating cast of strangers. If it's ever not the right fit, our caregiver guarantee means we'll introduce you to someone else at no cost.

There are no long-term contracts and no weekly minimums.
