My 90-year old mother needed help when she returned home from rehab. We had short notice and Kaitlyn responded immediately to my request for help! I felt very relieved and comfortable to have Kaitlyn coordinating the care for my mom. Our experience with compassionate assistance was the best! Mom wants to give special thanks for her excellent care from Gigi, Savannah, and Rosa! The best news of all is she is now strong and able to take care of herself.

Want assistance? Look elsewhere. Do you love having no idea whether someone will show up or is even scheduled to see you? Then this is the place for you! Carl will not return your calls, the company phone is a cell phone That is rarely answered and often the mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a message. Absolutely no communication at all. Don’t waste your time

My 87-year old dad with dementia and Parkinson's was in rehab. I was torn up by the lack of communication and interaction with him and needed someone to help with the times I couldn't be there. In comes Compassionate Assistance to the rescue! Beyond happy with their ability to accommodate my last minute request to meet and get my dad some help. They immediately had someone that could start right away. And the caretaker? Wow! He's so amazing, patient, and kind. I would be at a loss without their help!

Amazing company! I used their services to help with my Mother. They took the time to meet with us, make a plan and assess our needs before matching us with caregiver. Caregivers were very friendly and warm and always on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

I called 2 different people, and Caitlin of Compassionate Assistance got back to me almost immediately. I had needed someone to come in very quickly, so the day that I called her, she set an appointment. She came out, and we had somebody taking care of my husband within a day or two, so it was a great response. Caitlin is very conscientious of my needs for my husband. She makes sure that she’s gotten people in here to take care of him that he feels comfortable with. They’re just very caring people.

I reached out to Compassionate Assistance to take care of my grandmother with Dementia. They exceeded my expectations as they were very responsive and provided excellent caregivers. They were flexible with our needs and I highly recommend using these services for those looking for in-home care.

As an RN myself, I had been taking care of my mother for years. Finally, I knew that I needed to reach out for some additional help at home. I contacted Compassionate Assistance and they were able to have a caregiver start the next day. They give me the comfort I need when I'm at work, knowing that my mother is in good hands. I am able to get in touch with the agency at any time of day with whatever I need and all of my friends I have recommended them to are completely satisfied with the service as well. They even brought my mom flowers on her birthday.
