After a rough start -- multiple caregivers, caregivers not punctual, unsympathetic staffing coordinator -- we have been very pleased with our service. My mother is bed bound and Spanish speaking and Comfort Keepers has managed to service her fairly well. When a caregiver does not arrive I have to leave work to get her up and out of bed. Most recently, we have had a consistent caregiver and this has been an enormous help. Congratulations to Comfort Keepers for staffing a difficult client.
