Affordable Home Care has provided excellent service since they first started providing care for my aunt almost two years ago. The office staff is friendly and available for questions, concerns or emergencies 24/7 which helps put my family and me at ease since we live out of state. With my aunt's Alzheimer's, it is such a help that she is able to remain in her own home with a familiar setting. We are so thankful to Affordable that she is able to do that with their assistance.

I am not very happy with Affordable Home Care. I would have switched agencies if not for one caregiver who has been with my mom for a while. The people who run it do not seem to know what’s going on with their patients. They don’t talk to the caregivers about patient progress, have no idea what’s happening within their company, and don't care about the schedules of their caregivers. The caregiver who's watching over Mom is the only reason I am staying with them. I will stay with her even if she transfers to a different agency; I will definitely go where she goes.
