The most helpful part about the service is that they come in and help so I can go out to do errands. Lately we have a new caretaker, and we really like her.

My father and I had decided on Visiting Angels due to being local (Glendale ,Az)and friendly.My Father has Alzheimer’s/Dementia and is fighting cancer.We were more than ready to invest in his 24/7 care.Yes,it would be costly,but we had money set aside for that $200,000.They made an evaluation appointment for the meet and greet and no one showed up at the time we set an appointment on.All of that money will be invested in another company since we were lied to.

The agency has always sent angels that are very caring to make her experience positive. I would recommend them because I like everything about them, we've been using them for many years now.

I think that they are wonderful, but they need to understand that they need to be stern with the clients according to what we said when we hired them. It was like having a friend come over more than a caregiver because my dad convinced them that he didn't need the physical care he actually did.

All I have to do is ask and I get. I get help with my bathing and getting my hair washed because when I get into the bathtub my feet start sliding around.

They are sweet and they take me to do whatever I want to do. They clean my house and one of them gave me hair cut.

Visiting Angels is very nice to my mother even when she was not nice to them. Visiting Angels takes care of everything for her and she would be in an assisted living center without Visiting Angels.

I've had good care with the caregivers. I get along really well with the director of Visiting Angels, and I haven't had any problems. I can get groceries and do errands because of Visiting Angels, and they also help me around the house.

The caregivers are on time, Visiting Angels will keep me in touch and let me know of any changes, and the caregivers are good drivers and look for things to do. Its difficult for me to do a lot of things in general, and the caregivers have become my second pair of hands, which makes life easier.

I would tell a friend that Visiting Angels has great staff because they took good care of me and they provide good conversation. Visiting Angels has made life easier by getting me out of the house and to help me to be more independent.
