When we got to VitaCare Living-Bloomer I, they weren't expecting us at all. The main lady wasn't there so her assistant helped us and she didn't know that much. So, we didn't get much help. She showed us around the rooms and I was disappointed in the rooms. They weren't prepared for me at all. Then the lady that was there didn't know what to tell us. She had no idea. They didn't have any brochures for it to look at.
