"I like that it has a down-to-earth staff and a clean facility. I moved here last month. The staff seems like they're knowledgeable. They need more practice cooking things, sometimes the food is cold. Right now, they don't have activities but hopefully soon after the pandemic. They have an activities director and they were going to wait until she came back. The amenities are good, they've got central and heat, they've got a big TV in the front room and a TV in the dining room. You have to pay for your cable dish or DirecTV if you want it. They keep the place clean. It's located on the outside of Spooner, so that's kind of a country setting with no traffic."

"I was impressed with Monroe Manor; it's really nice. There are lots of activities and different areas divided up that my mother could go to. The people are friendly. They always have coffee on, so that when she has company, they can have coffee. It's really comfortable. The room isn't huge but my mother doesn't need a huge room because there are four or five living rooms on the floor. The staff seems very pleasant and helpful. They have a nice church area and a rec room that you can reserve for when your family comes over. The nurse giving us the tour was very informative, and we're very pleased with that. The place is right by a creek, woods out back, and had a patio where you can have a barbeque if you want to. It's very pretty."

"I toured Vista Prairie at Brentwood yesterday for my dad, and I was very pleased. I liked it. We met with Jane, and she is just very passionate about her job and Brentwood. We could tell that she loves working there and working with the staff and residents. She showed us all around the rooms, we went into the courtyard, and she showed us a couple of very spacious shower rooms. I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and the bathrooms. You get it decorated up with the person's personal belongings and it's almost like it's a great little hotel room, it just was very inviting. It was very warm and very clean. She went over the specific details about pricing and what it would take to get my dad in there. We pretty much got to see everything, it was very nice. We got to meet a few of the residents and most of them were at Spa Day, getting their hair and nails done and stuff like that. We met the activities director, she was also very bubbly. I felt comfortable and I felt really good about it. It was a nice place. They also let us know that we could eat there with our dad, so that was good to know. I like how it kind of goes in a circle and not just not up and down, the way it was laid out. It goes around so you can walk around."

"We chose Cambridge Senior Living because of availability and it's a very nice, well kept up place. My mother seems very happy with the amenities and programs. They do a lot of activities for the residents, and she stays pretty active. Everything seems to be put together. They have individual rooms, and they have good staff. It's brand new. She said the food is very good."
