I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I have a Family member at this facility. We have to ask for water. My family member doesnt have water unless requested. My family member drinks a lot of water. The staff is not being given snack/supplements for the residents. The staff has said they are buying snacks for the residents because the company's budget will not make allowances for snacks. My family member is a diabetic. If they get hungry or their sugar drops they have nothing to give them to eat.. It seems like the new company is all about money and filing beds. They should be focusing on providing care for the human beings they are responsible for. Something has to be done.

I am/was a resident of this facility

Totally inadequate staffing 75%of meals I won't feed my dogs amount of food is inadequate evening and weekends cold or lulk warm food. The 1st night I was there it took 45mins to get someone to help me get off the bed pan they put me on. It's comment to not get a response to the call light for hrs. As far as rehab go's it more from strokes Aids and other staff when they answer the call light will say they will get what you asked for and be gone and not seen again. The Dr. Is in on Thursdays worthless in had to be transported to the er because he didn't come and see me even after the therapy staff whole to him about my needing to see him for a simple to treat skin infection got worse. On the nurse practitioner is even worse she's 85yrs old yes 85if she a day and can't remember to put in orders. Now for the good some of the cna's are good and the nurses to some should not be in that line of work. The administration will flat out lie to you. When I was there they had COVID-19 on 2nd floor they vented it out the windows down past the visiting area an around the corner of the building drinking water comes from the bathroom sink

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Actually, we've placed her at Clarksburg Rehab. We just liked that it was close to the hospital, and they had a rehab center to help her with her rehab needs. They are friendly, and they have been very sweet to grandma, but they also know what they are doing. The only thing I don't like about the rooms is that she has to share a bathroom with three other ladies. It is like a Jack and Jill bathroom, so I think that that could be something they could improve on, and the food is average. It smells very clean.
