I like Landmark Care And Rehabilitation because they just seemed to care about my mom. Her room is pretty clean. She has enough room for her clothes and everything. The staff is very friendly. The people doing the activities are nice and they do the ladies' hair for free once a month. They also have a lot of other activities going on like bingo and gardening. They have two places where they can plant plants and stuff and take care of them.

My dad is in there and everytime I call it either rings and rings or they tell me if I give them my # they will go to his room and call me but never do. My dad has covid and breathing issues. I would like to make sure he is ok. I know they are probably busy, but I don't see how because every time my dad needs help to the restroom he has to wait and wait and wait for somebody to come in and help him.

My mother had stayed in Landmark. The staff was excellent. It was more of a hospital setting, but it was very clean and very nice. The food was quite good. They had a nice dining room. It was very spacious and clean. The security was very well provided. They had locked doors, and they had a receptionist. They had flu outbreak and quarantined areas. They were very much on top of things. It was mostly rehab services, so she had physical and speech therapy. They had make up and things with their nails. They were really good.

Landmark Care Center seemed like a pretty good place. My mom was there for three weeks. They seemed to have a little ratio of residents to staff. The staff was very helpful and caring. They had a really good rehabilitation for them. The food was good, and it was very clean.
glad to be back home

EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICES. MY FATHER HAD PRETTY MUCH THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS THE END OF THE ROAD FOR HIM. AFTER TWO MONTHS HE RETURNED BACK TO HIS ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENT. THE CAREGIVERS AND NURSES WERE VERY COMPASSIONATE AND HELPED DAD COME OUT OF HIS SHELL. THE AFTER-CARE WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING FROM HIS WALKER BEING DELIVERED TO HIS MEDICATIONS MADE IT EASY AND LESS OF A WORRY FOR ME.

I chose this Nursing Home /rehab facility for my mother after she broke her left hip. They have very caring N.A.C.'s. My mother always had kind words for them. She had felt they were very thoughtful in caring for her. Her only real complaint was that, they weren't always right there when she needed to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately, in every facility that is an ongoing struggle. The Rehab staff is excellent. Even with my mother being stubborn at times, with not wanting to do her exercises, they were very patient with her. After she finally caught on with her exercises, she only stayed there for 3 months. And physically speaking she has done very well.
