I like the care being provided to my Dad by Hilltop Park Rehab. The staff at that nursing home are friendly and professional.The rooms were adequate, and the food is good. I know they have activities like games and physical therapies, but my dad didn't participate in any of those. Overall, my experience in that community is good.

My mother-in-law is at Hilltop (Crescent Senior Care). It is under new management. Aside from assisted living, they also have rehab and memory care. My mother-in-law is in a semi-private suite. She has a small living area and two separate rooms off of it. They have just lots of different activities. They have bingo, ice cream or snow cone socials, and they have prayer services several times a week. They also have counsel meetings, where the residents get together and discuss menus. They also have something that they could do for the community. Their dining room has different groups of tables. Some people are seated separate and some people sit in groups, depending on their needs. The staff is very involved. They know the residents very well. They address them by "Mrs." and their last names, which is nice. They seem to be on top of things. They know each individual's preferences and needs. They modified things for my mother-in-law uniquely. It is not just an institution. It is more like a home as far as their care.
