My mom was at Whitehall for just a few months. Terrible care with her dementia state of mind. She was easy to ignore. Her clothes would not be changed for days. Rooms were safe but she fell and fractured 3 vertebrae and had to have staples in her head. The blood wasn’t cleaned up for over a week from the floor. Only a couple of the staff were wonderful but with so many inmates, what could one do.
