They did a good job with healthy food and cleanliness, but their interaction with residents was not what I would desire. Also, they weren't good about calling the doctor, hospital, or next of kin when medical care was needed. They would wait for local nurses to look over patients and try healing them for about a week before calling anyone. Because of this my grandfather's health ended up failing. The doctor who was finally called in said he wouldn't have lost his life if he would have received proper treatment sooner.
