The room was very dirty. We ended up bring our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. Mom was on oxygen, they had no working oxygen concentrator. We brought hers from home. She needed breathing treatments via nebulization. they had no working nebulizer. She was on a mechanical soft diet. They served her bone in chicken. the brakes on the bed did not work. It almost rolled out from under my mom. Someone came to fix it, crawled under the bed. Told us it was ok. It was not. Again it rolled. We fixed it ourselves. Also they had a dog running free in the place. We took our loved one out after 3 days.
