Reid House doesn't have enough staff. They don't care enough, and I worry every time I am with my mom, that something's going to happen to her. I know it's an assisted living place, but they don't help her with anything. They provide three meals a day and she complains about the food that it was not good, but at least she gets to eat. They don't have any activities, so they have nothing to look forward to. Maybe they can have bingo at least, or some kind of game they could play. I don't believe what they provide is worth the whole disability check that she gets per month. It stinks, it's filthy, and they don't help them do anything in her room as far as cleanliness. They don't even wash her clothes.
