My friend chose Franklin Court Assisted Living. It was very nice. It wasn't as luxurious as the other place was, but it was a much larger community than where she is now, which is what she wanted. It had a lot of activities. The dining facility was very nice, and the menu looked good. They had a mailroom, which she loved. Bristol was a nice community to get around. And my friend doesn't have any physical impairments at all, so she can get up and walk around. The staff was very nice. It was a lovely facility.

My mom hasn’t moved in yet at Franklin Court, but I’ve checked it out, and it is a wonderful community. It has a full program of activities. They will give my mom a buddy when she moves in to show her the ropes. The room is very large. The bed is partitioned off from the rest of the room, which is nice. She has a microwave and a burner. The people working there are very nice.

Franklin Court Assisted Living was very nice. It seemed like everyone was friendly, and I've checked out that they had a nice dining room, a library, and a church. Everything was very clean, and it was up-to-date. I think there are plenty of people working there.

I've visited Franklin Court because my mom used to be there before she went to a nursing home and then she passed. She sometimes complained about the food. It's a decent place and, basically, the staff was pretty good. It was clean and the grounds were well-taken care of.
