Southwoods Assisted Living had comfortable and warm apartments. The residents put up personal decorations, so they looked very home-like. I saw some residents playing cards while some were talking. The staff was very responsive to the residents, and the administrator was very competent. I saw the dining room and it was very attractive. They also had physical therapy in the building. The place was in a nice location where it was easy to get out and walk. The structure was very easy for people to walk around. It was one of the best we saw in the area.

Southwoods was a very clean place. They have exercise classes, books, and a card club. It’s a very nice, quiet cul de sac next to a creek, and they can walk along the creek. Nicely landscaped, nice garden, and nice interior patio with a garden.
